Rather than offering advice or trying to solve one another's problems, the group learns to listen contemplatively and notice where the Spirit may be moving.
What Is Group Spiritual Direction?
Group Spiritual Direction is a shared practice of prayer, reflection, and contemplative listening within a small, confidential community.
Each person is given space to share what is stirring in their spiritual life while others listen prayerfully, not to give advice or provide answers, but to accompany one another with attention and care.
Through this shared practice, participants may discover new perspectives within their own spiritual lives and a deeper sense of companionship along the journey.

What Happens In A Group?
Sessions may include silence, prayer, individual sharing, Scripture or guided reflection, contemplative listening, and shared discernment.
Each participant is given time to share while the rest of the group listens prayerfully. Participants do not offer advice, interrupt, or try to solve one another’s concerns.
Instead, the group practices holy listening and gently reflects what may be stirring beneath the surface.
