What a Retreat May Include
Each retreat experience may look different depending on the individual, group, theme, and setting. Experiences may incorporate:
Prayer & Silence
Intentional space to become still and attentive to God's presence.
Scripture & Guided Reflection
Prayerful reflection designed to invite deeper listening and discernment.
Journaling & Contemplative Practices
Practices that create space to notice, reflect, and respond to what may be stirring within.
Spiritual Conversation
Opportunities for meaningful conversation, spiritual direction, and shared reflection.
Suggested Contribution
The suggested contribution for a 60-minute spiritual direction session is $75.

Those who are able to contribute more help support the accessibility of this ministry. If cost presents a barrier, please reach out. Financial circumstances should not prevent someone from seeking spiritual companionship.

Spiritual direction is offered as a ministry of accompaniment. Your suggested contribution supports the time we spend together and my ongoing formation as a spiritual director.
